Today for Black Business Month, we bring to you Chef Walter Carter.
Chef Carter cooked his whole life but began his culinary career in 2015, during and after he graduated from Dorsey Culinary School located in Roseville, Michigan. He is a gourmet chef specializing in American, Mexican, Southern and Caribbean cuisine. Chef Carter’ s culinary repertoire flourished during his tenure at the Townsend’s Hotel in Birmingham, Michigan; where he masterfully crafted gourmet meals for high-end clients. He later relocated to expand his craft in Phoenix, AZ in the highly regarded The Phoenician Resort.
He learned organic, vegan, paleo, keto and other dietary restrictive cooking as the chef for the nationally recognized first organic Supermarket, Whole Foods Market.
Chef Carter’s passion for food is evident, as he has recently opened up a secondary company providing local Phoenicians with easy, exquisite meal preparations.
