By NaTyshca Pickett Advertising Week 2020TikTok Aficionado and Award Winning Musical Artist Jason Derulo gave a special lesson on social media and influence when speaking with digital leader David Shing (aka Shingy) at Advertising Week 2020. While most brands are still trying to get their heads around platforms such as TikTok, some entrepreneurs, personalities and companies are leading the field and changing the very nature of content along the way. Jason Derulo has more than 36 million followers on TikTok, and this morning, he spoke honestly and candidly about how the platform has changed the music industry, how he concerts returning after the pandemic, and wishing “the best -- but not better than me!” to his old record label. Derulo shared his insights on what he thinks makes the best TikTok content “I go off the trends but I also come up with my own creative ideas, and I think it’s the perfect marriage of the both that kind of create the magic because you can’t just do one or the other. I feel like if you’re just doing the creative ideas and you’re posting once a week, you’re not really engaged in the culture.” See full video below. Welcome to The Goaled Mine. A space for women to come, and unapologetically be themselves. Throughout my life's journey, I have discovered the importance of creating the life that I want. For so long, I found myself trying to find myself, and then one day it dawned on me "I'm not lost, I just haven't figured out exactly who I am yet." It was in that moment that I figured out that life is not about finding yourself, it's about creating who you want to be, and the life you want to live. It's about being who you are, unapologetically. Part of who I want to be, is fabulous. When you look good, you feel good. It's a true statement for myself, and for most other women I've had the pleasure of meeting. The Goaled Mine is the place where you can come, create the look you want and rock it with confidence. We hope that you find all the treasure that you're looking for. Thank you for shopping with us. For any restock update questions, please keep checking back on our site and Instagram page as we receive new merchandise weekly. https://thegoaledmine.com/ For any return questions, please review our return policy, or email bryantbusiness2020@gmail.com. We are Realtors® in the Greater Phoenix Valley of Arizona and strive to help our clients grow their wealth through real estate. Owning your home is the greatest way to increase your net worth, and a lifetime of renting only grows the net worth of the landlord. We help buyers, sellers, and investors with all of their real estate needs, but we especially love helping first time home buyers! Since 2017 we have helped over 100 families buy and sell real estate. Most of our first time home buyer clients purchase homes that are well within their comfort range and often times obtain a mortgage payment that is very close to what they were paying in rent and sometimes less! The median family net worth for all homeowners is $231,400 and increased by nearly 15% since 2013, while the net worth of $5,000 actually declined by 9% since 2013 for renter families. Equity, appreciation, and predictable monthly housing expenses are huge financial benefits of homeownership. Homeownership is truly the best way to improve your long-term net worth and grow the wealth of your family and legacy. We especially love building Black homeownership and helping to increase the number of black homeowners in this country. "Black homeownership is in crisis. Although homeownership rates for other racial groups have largely recovered since the 2008 housing crisis, Black homeownership continues to decline, recently hitting an all-time low in the first quarter of this year. Homeownership is beneficial for building household wealth, increasing intergenerational economic mobility, offering a hedge against inflation, and increasing civic engagement, all of which make the ongoing decline in black homeownership deeply troubling." ~ Urban.org David and I pride ourselves in the care and expertise that we provide to our clients. We guide, advise, and educate our clients on the entire real estate purchase and sales process. We protect their interests by introducing them to trusted and proven home loan lenders, honest and knowledgeable home inspectors, roofers, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians. The task of purchasing real estate may seem daunting and complicated but we provide a Buyer or Seller Guide to our clients. They are able to browse homes and communities on our website and read our informational blogs. We walk them through the process, we communicate constantly, we negotiate hard for them and we are by their side to the close of escrow and beyond! We are a husband and wife real estate team and a black-owned business who are experienced, caring, knowledgeable, and qualified!
